Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take additional time. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $70.

- United States: 3-7 business days after processing
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties (Canada) International orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Bare & Bloom Soap Co.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at barebloomsoapco@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to make it right.
